In those 5-seconds bits there are some numbers, e.g. a weatherman says "it will be 25 degrees!", and then some chef gives an instruction to "boil eggs for 5 minutes", and the last part is a piece of news about a serial killer that "killed 18 people in just 4 days". The whole password would be "25-5-184".
